The shipping is to expensive

Amazing products. A+ customer service . And they always have someone on standby to assist . Definitely a company worth supporting .

I placed an order that eventually involved several changes and Michael was extremely helpful and patient in making sure our needs were met. Great customer service!

I had an issue with receiving something that didn't match what I ordered and was told to ship it back at my expense and that there would be a15% restocking fee.

I expressed displeasure with that arrangement.

After that it was taken care of without issue fairly quickly.

Overall, I am satisfied and would likely order again

Unfortunately, we had to return three orders due to the product not being exactly what we were looking for. We appreciated the effort Michael took to rectify the situation and return our funds from the purchase after we returned the product.

Recent order had 20 items missing and 70 of the incorrect item. Emailed them immediately with photos and asked for help. Had to open a PayPal claim in hopes to get my money back. They STILL have yet to try to help, fix or refund. They have great deals IF you are lucky enough to get what you paid for.

EDIT-I HAVE emailed them directly several times, no response
